One 17 foot speed agility ladder comes with a good quality nylon carry bag, two integrated attached cinch straps to keep your ladder 100% tangle free, and a get you started speed drills DVD. The side rails are black polypro webbing. Super strong. The ladder has high quality plastic rungs spaced approx. 20 inches apart. The plastic rungs are flat (no ankle rollover). They are adjustable but will not move out of place during normal use. It can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors. The ladder has rubber ends on the rungs which helps the ladder to not slide out of place. You can wear any sports shoes when training with this ladder, even cleats. Good for all sports. The free dvd shows 2 college athletes demonstrating 20 of the latest Speed drills. Dvd was produced by the college athletes. This is not a commercial video however they did a nice job showing you 20 of the drills they do in their training. This DVD is a free bonus with the purchase of the speed ladder. This ladder is not as heavy duty as a NFL teams speed ladder would be. Those ladders would cost you $75 or more.
